Lucas Talent Inc was established in 1986.

Founder Richard Lucas has a BFA Acting from the University of Alberta and later studied at UBC in their MFA Directing program. He subsequently worked as a professional actor, director and producer. When his contract was finished for Vancouver’s world’s fair EXPO 86 he opened Lucas Talent Inc. Since then the company has grown into a thriving literary and talent agency that represents actors, writers and directors and other “above the line” personnel.
