Lacey Prince is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development, merchandising, and design within the apparel and licensing industries. Currently serving as the Director of Softlines Product Development & Design at Lucasfilm since September 2011, Lacey leads a team focused on creating high-quality, trend-driven products for the Lucasfilm franchise across various categories including fashion, accessories, and home goods. Prior to this role, Lacey held positions such as Merchandising Manager at Junk Food Clothing, where responsibilities included overseeing Kids product lines for major retailers, and Associate Merchandise Manager at The Walt Disney Company, managing product strategies for both Kids and Adult graphic tees. Earlier career experience includes Associate Merchandise Manager roles at American Pacific Enterprises and a position as an Interior Designer at Matthews Interiors & California Homes. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art, Interior Design, Theater Arts, and Costume Design from California State University, Chico.
