Mauro Alessio

Mauro Alessio currently serves as the Group Legal Affairs Manager & Company Secretary at Lucchini RS since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mauro worked as an Avvocato at CMA Caffi Maroncelli e Associati from February 2018 to November 2023 and previously as an Avvocato praticante in the same firm from November 2014 to October 2017. Mauro is pursuing an Executive MBA in Administration and Business Management at SDA Bocconi, set to complete in March 2026. Educational accomplishments include a Master in M&A and Corporate Joint Ventures from TopLegal Academy, a Verified Certificate in Contract Law from Harvard Online, and an Executive Master in Business Law from MeliusForm Business School.
