Nicole Smith-Windsor

Nicole Smith-Windsor currently serves as the Director of Marketing at Lucent Bio, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole was with Federated Co-operatives Limited from July 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included Senior Marketing Specialist in Ag Solutions, Crop Protection Merchant, and Crop Input Coordinator. Nicole's earlier experience includes working as a Breeding Agronomist at Bayer from April 2010 to July 2017. Educationally, Nicole holds a Master of Science in Plant Sciences from the University of Saskatchewan, obtained between 2007 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Manitoba, completed in 2007.
