Soohyun "Julie" Koo

Soohyun "Julie" Koo is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategist with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Olina Health since January 2024, Koo also holds the position of President and CEO at Luceque Global since March 2015, focusing on global connectivity and partnership building. As the Founder and CEO of IOREX GLOBAL since July 2017, Koo continues to expand expertise in cross-cultural solutions. Previous roles include Executive Director and Deputy Director at the DC Office on Asian & Pacific Islander Affairs from March 2001 to January 2015, and Human Resources Generalist at Access Worldwide Communications, Inc. from March 1999 to March 2001. Koo co-founded LanguServ in September 1996, creating a pioneering language learning service tailored to individual client needs in Korea.
