Michael Nobbe

Michael Nobbe's work experience begins in 2009 as a Bioinformatics Intern at HealthLINC. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Accretive Health as a Senior Operations Lead, managing accounts receivable for two hospitals totaling $250 million annually. Michael maintained an average accounts receivable of 42 days while achieving an insurance payor yield of 96.5% and a payor denial rate below 1%.

In 2013, Michael joined Optum360 as an Enterprise Reporting and Process Automation Developer. In 2014, they became a Senior Business Process Analyst/Consultant at the same company. At Optum360, they developed expertise in business process analysis and reporting automation.

Starting in 2014, Michael contributed to Health Catalyst as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, where they developed a patient propensity to pay data model and predictive algorithm. This application allowed health systems to tailor strategies for each patient to resolve their financial obligations favorably.

In 2017, Michael transitioned to the role of Lead Data Engineer at Health Catalyst and held this position until 2019. During their tenure, they demonstrated proficiency in data engineering and management.

From 2019 to 2020, Michael worked as a Manager of Data Analytics at OODA Health, further expanding their expertise in data analytics.

Currently, Michael serves as the Director of Data Strategy at Lucerna Health, a position they have held since July 2020.

Michael Nobbe attended Batesville from 2002 to 2006. After completing their time there, they went on to study at Wabash College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
