Sara Fink

Sara Fink has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sara is currently the VP & GM of Employer & Health Plan Customer Success at Lucet since September 2021. Prior to that, Sara worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Their roles there included Divisional Vice President of Market Development and Alliances from January 2020 to September 2021, Divisional Vice President of Employer Market Lead & Digital Strategy from October 2018 to January 2020, Divisional Vice President of Sales Enablement from October 2015 to October 2018, and Senior Manager of Portfolio Management from May 2014 to October 2015. Before joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield, they held the position of Senior Program Manager of Business & IT Transformation at UL from May 2012 to May 2014. Sara's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Manager of Management Consulting and Business Transformation at Accenture from December 2004 to May 2012, and as an Account Executive at Integrated Merchandising Systems, LLC from June 2001 to December 2004.

Sara Fink holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they completed in 2021. Sara previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington between 1997 and 2001. Before that, Sara graduated from Emmaus High School in 1997 with a High School Diploma, where they focused on a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Licensed Producer for Life and Health from the State of Illinois, which was obtained in 2019.
