Shana Hoffman

Shana Hoffman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Shana is currently the President & CEO of Lucet since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the President & CEO of New Directions Behavioral Health from 2020 to 2023.

From 2016 to 2019, Shana worked at Beacon Health Options in several roles, including Senior Vice President - Corporate Transformation, Chief Operating Officer, and Regional Vice President. Before that, they held the position of Associate Vice President - Network Strategy & Operations at Beacon Health Options from 2016 to 2017.

Shana also has experience in client development at Kyruus, where they held various roles from 2014 to 2016. Shana started as an Associate Client Director and worked their way up to Senior Director of Client Development.
