Mariska Roerdink

Mariska Roerdink is a seasoned professional in the field of air traffic management and human factors, currently serving as a QASM consultant and event investigator at Dutch Caribbean Air Navigation Service Provider since October 2022. With extensive experience at LVNL, Mariska has held multiple senior roles including Senior Safety Expert, Project Manager for Air Traffic Management projects, and Strategy Expert, contributing significantly to operational safety and performance enhancements at Schiphol Airport. Previous positions at NLR and TNO included research-focused roles that emphasized human factors in aviation. Mariska holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology and Human Factors from Utrecht University, complemented by various specialized courses throughout their career.
