Krystina Ruff

Krystina Ruff is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, customer success, and design. Currently serving as an Account Executive and Product Owner at Lucid Day since April 2024, Krystina previously held roles such as Director of Business Development and Social Media Designer at It's Destiny Recruiting. Prior to that, Krystina was a Customer Success Manager at Yes Health and worked in various capacities at Sales Empowerment Group, Second Wind, and Chicago Street Theatre, culminating in a strong leadership role as Chief Executive Officer at Second Wind. Krystina's expertise extends to audience services and sales training through positions at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival and Massage Envy. Krystina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre from Illinois State University, completed in 2019.
