Matt Searle

Matt Searle is an experienced game designer currently serving as a Senior Content Designer at Lucid Games Ltd since July 2024. Prior to this role, Matt worked at PlayStation London Studio as a Senior Gameplay Designer from October 2022 to March 2024. Matt's career also includes significant contributions at Supermassive Games Ltd, where several titles were held, including Senior Game Designer, Advanced Game Designer, and Games Designer from July 2018 to October 2022. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Games Arts from the University for the Creative Arts, earned between 2014 and 2017.
