Joli Robinson, BC-HIS,ACA has a diverse work experience in the hearing industry. Joli started their career as an Audioprosthologist at Professional Hearing & Audiology Clinics, where they were responsible for various tasks such as hearing testing, fitting of hearing aids, rehabilitative counseling, and outreach activities. Joli then joined Hometown Hearing & Audiology as an Audioprosthologist, where they continued to provide comprehensive hearing care and developed the skills of others. Joli later became the Owner/Audioprosthologist at Choice Hearing Solutions, where they managed all aspects of the business while also providing specialized services. Joli then transitioned to Lucid Hearing, first as an Audioprosthologist at their Sam's Club location, implementing new marketing strategies and improving sales. Joli then moved into District Manager In Training role, where they gained experience in managing a market and developing skills in sales, recruitment, and employee training. Joli subsequently served as a District Manager, overseeing multiple Hearing Aid Center locations and driving sales, while also nurturing a motivated team and supporting community outreach efforts. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Talent Development, where they are responsible for educating, training, and developing field associates across the nation at Lucid Hearing.

Joli Robinson, BC-HIS, ACA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communicative Disorders from Northern Illinois University from 1998 to 2001. Joli furthered their education by earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago between 2018 and 2019.

In addition to their educational background, Joli Robinson has obtained various certifications in their field. These include being a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist from the Iowa Department of Public Health since August 2016. Joli also holds the certification of Audioprosthologist from ACA since June 2006. Joli Robinson became Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences (BC-HIS) in June 2005 from NBC-HIS. Further, they hold a Wisconsin Hearing Instrument Specialist License from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services since November 2004. Lastly, Joli Robinson obtained an Illinois Hearing Instrument Specialist License from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) in June 2002.
