Clifford Pala

Clifford Pala is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure, project management, and IT security. Currently serving as Sr. IT Infrastructure Project Lead at Lucid Motors since 2019, Clifford is instrumental in the development of the company's first automotive manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. Previously, Clifford held multiple managerial roles at Medela, Inc. from 2000 to 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing IT systems and security across various global regions, managing datacenter redesigns, and establishing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies. Additionally, Clifford coordinated IT operations and led security efforts at the Kenosha Achievement Center from 1997 to 2000, where contributions included network maintenance and program development using technology. Clifford holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University.
