Damon Liang

Damon Liang is an experienced engineering professional with a background in technical support and system architecture. Currently working at Lucid Motors since November 2019, Damon has held multiple roles including Technical Specialist and Senior Engineer within Engineering Tools Technical Support. Prior to that, from September 2015 to October 2019, Damon was with Karma Automotive as a Systems Architect Associate, where responsibilities included migrating HPC clusters to AWS, implementing a geometric-based search engine, and managing engineering software budgets. Earlier experience includes systems engineering roles that focused on software license monitoring and VDI desktop environment deployment. Damon began the career journey as a quality intern at Fisker Inc and has also interned at MSC Software while supporting student technical needs at UC Irvine. Damon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Systems from UC Irvine.
