Dani Benjamin

Dani Benjamin currently serves as the Director of General Assembly at Lucid Motors, overseeing shop operations and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and quality assurance. Previously, Dani held the position of Director of Production - Shop Manager Assembly at Volvo Cars, leading the launch of new electric vehicles and scaling production capacity. Dani's extensive experience also includes senior roles at Tesla and multiple positions within Volvo Cars, where responsibilities ranged from Vice President & Plant General Manager to Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering, overseeing diverse teams and ensuring optimal performance across various production aspects. Dani holds an MBA from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and advanced degrees in Automation and Electronics Engineering from the University of Skövde.
