Edward Xia

Edward Xia is an experienced engineer currently serving as an ADAS/AD Hardware Product Engineer at Lucid Motors since December 2023, where responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis of ADAS features and enhancing perception models. Prior experience includes a role as a Systems Engineer at Applied Materials from August 2021 to December 2023, focusing on software specifications and hardware design changes. Earlier internships at Omnicell, Northrop Grumman, and NASA provided hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, aerospace product development, and data science, respectively. Edward holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
