Gale Halsey

Prior to joining Lucid, Gale spent the last 22 years with Ford Motor Company in diverse roles, most recently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Ford Motor Credit. She has extensive manufacturing experience, including in HR and manufacturing. Other notable roles at Ford include her tenure as Chief Learning Officer, where she created their first global learning organization. Gale helped launch Wingcast, a joint venture owned by Qualcomm and Ford. Gale also lived in Mexico while she served as the HR Director, Ford of Mexico. Prior to Ford, Gale served as an HR leader at the Pepsi Bottling Group.

Gale holds a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts-James Madison College, both from Michigan State University. She serves as President on the Michigan State Advisory Board and Board Member for Michigan College Alliances and was a Board Member of Ford Credit China.
