Jose Luis Velarde Coeto is a seasoned manufacturing leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Manager and Variability Reduction Engineer at Lucid Motors since December 2021, Jose brings a wealth of knowledge from a long tenure at Ford Motor Company, where roles included Launch Manager, Final Assembly Manufacturing Engineer Manager, and Paint Manufacturing Engineer Manager among others. Expertise encompasses cross-functional team leadership, budget control, quality performance, and new model program coordination across various manufacturing disciplines. Jose holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Tecmilenio and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies from Universidad del Valle de México.
