Kurt Beyerchen

Kurt Beyerchen is an experienced legal professional specializing in privacy and data security. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Privacy Officer at Lucid Motors since March 2022, Beyerchen previously held the role of Senior Counsel for Privacy and Cybersecurity at Hyundai Motor America from January 2016 to March 2022. Earlier in their career, Beyerchen worked as an Associate Attorney at Bowman and Brooke from December 2011 to December 2015 and gained experience as a Summer Law Clerk and Legal Intern at Bowman and Brooke and Nissan North America Inc., respectively. Beyerchen earned a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Michigan.
