Maynard Um

Maynard Um is an experienced investor relations professional currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations at Lucid Motors since March 2022. Previously, Maynard held the position of Investor Relations Lead at Tesla from July 2020 to March 2022. With a strong background in equity research, Maynard worked as a Senior Equity Research Analyst for Macquarie Group, covering automotive and disruptive technology from March 2018 to November 2019, and as a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Wells Fargo, focusing on IT hardware and wireless networking from May 2012 to October 2017. Earlier career experience includes a long tenure at UBS Investment Bank from 1996 to 2012 as a Senior Equity Research Analyst specializing in IT hardware and wireless equipment. Maynard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago.
