Michelle Fang

Michelle Fang is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in corporate finance and education. Serving as Corporate Controller and Head of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Lucid Motors from March 2022 to April 2024, Michelle was responsible for SEC reporting, technical accounting, accounting policy, revenue operation, and IFRS reporting. Currently, Michelle is an Adjunct Instructor at Skyline College, teaching managerial accounting and financial accounting classes since August 2023. Previous roles include Division Controller at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Corporate Controller at Tricida, Inc., and Director of SEC Reporting and Accounting Policy at McKesson, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams in SEC reporting and technical accounting. Michelle holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BS in Accounting from California State University-Sacramento.
