Nikunj Karoliya

Nikunji Karoliya is a skilled design engineer with extensive experience in the automotive sector. Currently serving as a Design Release Engineer at Lucid Motors since January 2021, Nikunji previously held the position of Closure/Pickup Box Design Lead at RLE International USA, contributing to the Lordstown Motors Corporation project. Prior to that, Nikunji worked as a Project Engineer at Honda R&D Americas, focusing on front and rear door and tailgate system components for Honda vehicles. Early career roles include BIW Engineer at Tata Technologies, Sr. Designer at Eaton, and Jr. CAD Engineer also at Tata Technologies. Nikunji holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Shri BhaguBhai Mafatlal Polytechnic.
