Ron Stach

Ron Stach currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Service, Parts, Logistics, Technical Service, and Training at Lucid Motors since May 2023. Prior to this role, Stach was the Vice President of Service Operations and Network Strategy at VinFast US from 2022 to May 2023. Stach's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Aftersales for the US and LATAM at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi from 2019 to 2021, and Senior Vice President of Sales & Aftersales at Volkswagen of America, Inc. from 2005 to 2019, where oversight included all sales, aftersales, regions, marketing, and network strategy in the US market. Early career experience involved roles at Mazda North American Operations focusing on region operations, network development, and brand marketing. Stach holds an MBA in Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business.
