Sayali Shrikant Vayadande

Sayali Shrikant Vayadande is a Sr. Hardware Design Validation Engineer at Lucid Motors since March 2021, with prior experience as a Hardware Test & Validation Engineer. Earlier, Sayali worked as an Electrical Engineer at Intent-Design Group, focusing on the integration and development of autonomous vehicles using the ROS framework and implementing computer vision deep-learning solutions. A research and development intern at EISEN, Sayali contributed to a COVID-19 project, including the design and development of a medical device. During time spent at Western Michigan University, Sayali served as a graduate student grader for communications systems and network analysis courses. Education includes a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women. Additionally, an exchange experience at Okayama Gakugeikan High School required fluent English communication skills.
