Shawn Wang

Shawn Wang is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the automotive and electric vehicle industries, currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer for the Drive Unit at Lucid Motors since 2024. Prior roles include positions as a Mechanical Engineer focusing on Drivetrains at SERES EV (2020 - 2024), Electrification at NIO (2017 - 2020), and E-Powertrains at Karma Automotive LLC (2016 - 2017). Shawn's career began at AC Propulsion, Inc., working on Integrated Inverters and Motors (2014 - 2016), before spending nearly a decade at Advantest of America, Inc. as a Design Engineer for Semiconductor Wafer Testing Interfaces (2005 - 2014).
