Tiffany Flick

Tiffany Flick currently serves as the Manager of University Relations at Lucid Motors since May 2021, after previously holding the position of Senior University Recruiter. Prior to Lucid Motors, Tiffany was employed at 8x8 from May 2018 to May 2021 as a Talent University Relations Specialist and Senior Recruiting Coordinator, contributing to the organization's initiative to improve team collaboration and business performance through its Communications Cloud platform. Tiffany’s experience also includes a role as an HR Generalist on a contract basis at LG Display and as a Technical Recruiter at Jobspring Partners, a professional IT staffing agency. Tiffany began a career at Starbucks, where the role of Supervisor was held from January 2013 to June 2017. Tiffany earned a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Arizona State University between 2015 and 2017.
