Kyle Morey-Leber

Kyle Morey-Leber has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kyle started their career in 2007 at Rise Medical Staffing, where they worked as a Recruiter/Account Manager and later as a Senior Recruiter/Office Manager. Kyle managed client hospitals, developed relationships, and connected clients with top-tier candidates. In 2013, they were promoted to Sr. Account Manager/Office Manager, where they managed over 100 client hospitals in the Northwest market.

In 2016, Kyle joined Advanced Inc. as the Director of Account Management/Office Manager. Kyle was responsible for hiring, training, and managing the account management team, as well as monitoring the recruitment process. Kyle also oversaw the integration of client services from Rise Medical Staffing to Advanced Travel Nursing and Innovative Placements Inc.

In 2017, Kyle joined Robert Half as a Division Director, where they led a team of recruiters and account executives. Their responsibilities included new business development, client management, and counseling technology leaders. Kyle also negotiated contracts and facilitated the interview process for clients.

In 2018, Kyle became the Vice President of ERO Locums, where they served until 2020. In this role, they focused on strategic decision-making and leadership.

Since 2020, Kyle has been working at Lead Healthstaff, initially as the Chief Client Officer and later as the Chief Operating Officer. Kyle has been responsible for ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Kyle's most recent role is as the Chief Strategy Officer at Lucid Staffing Solutions, starting in 2023.
