Suzanne Bialek Davenport BSN, RN has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Suzanne started their career at Summerlin Hospital Medical Center as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse in 2018. Suzanne then moved to Stanford Health Care and worked as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse. Following this, Suzanne worked as a Charge Nurse at UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside Hospital for seven years. In 2018, they also worked as an Intensive Care Nurse at Little Company of Mary Hospital. Suzanne continued their nursing career at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center as a Post Anesthesia Care Nurse. Suzanne's experience also includes being an Interim Assistant Nurse Manager at Mills-Peninsula Medical Center, where they later transitioned into an Intensive Care Nurse role. Suzanne worked at Guam Memorial Hospital Authority as an Intensive Care Nurse, providing relief efforts and education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Recently, they worked at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada as an Intensive Care Nurse. Suzanne is currently the Founder & CEO of Lucid Staffing Solutions, a role they took on in 2021. Additionally, at Big Wave Investors, Suzanne worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, contributing to the growth of client acquisition through their marketing and sales strategies. Throughout their career, Suzanne focused on building relationships with customers and the community to promote long-term business growth.

Suzanne Bialek Davenport has a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Penn State World Campus, which they obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the Community College of Beaver County, completed in 2011.
