Alena Gonzalez

Alena Gonzalez is an experienced professional with a strong background in support management and office operations. Currently serving as the Associate Support Manager for Subscriptions & Billing at Lucid since April 2017, Alena leads a team of support agents to enhance workflows and customer satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address subscription issues. Previously, Alena held multiple roles at Lucid, including Sr. Support Specialist and Sr. Office Manager, where significant contributions were made during a period of rapid company growth, managing operations and facilitating large-scale internal events. Alena's earlier experience as Office Manager and Marketing Manager at Darren Gygi Home Collection involved overseeing fine art printing and coordinating marketing efforts. Alena holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Russian Language and Literature and Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
