Isabel Boettcher

Isabel Boettcher is a skilled UX Designer and Researcher with extensive experience in user experience research and design. Currently serving as UX Designer II and co-founder of the UX Research team at Lucid Software, Isabel collaborates with project managers and designers to align research projects with company objectives, employing various research methods to generate insights that drive product development. Previous roles include User Experience Researcher at The Farmlink Project, where Isabel contributed to a social venture focused on surplus food redistribution, and CoLab Fellow at IDEO, leading research during a critical period of resource reimagining. Isabel's background also includes experience as Design Researcher at Thayer School of Engineering and a Design Thinking Teaching Assistant at Dartmouth College, where Isabel emphasized human-centered design principles. Isabel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Earth Sciences modified with Anthropology and a minor in Human-Centered Design from Dartmouth College.
