Monique Ly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager for APAC at Lucid since January 2020, Monique has a proven track record in building customer relationships and providing strategic solutions. Prior experience includes roles at WFS: A WorkForce Software Company, where responsibilities encompassed customer success and project management, and positions at CARA, Gellibrand Disability Services, CVIZ, Big Green Technical Solutions, and Overman and Zuideveld Architects. Monique holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of South Australia and is pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing from RMIT University.
