Sylvain Diouloufet is a Senior Manager of Customer Success for EMEA at Lucid Software, a leading provider of cloud-based visual productivity applications since January 2019. Prior roles at Lucid Software include Manager of Customer Success, Team Lead - Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Lucid, Sylvain worked as a Change Management Consultant and Project Manager at Lecko, where significant projects included the implementation of a new intranet portal for Auchan Retail across 13 countries. Sylvain also gained experience as an Information Technology Intern at Munich Re, focusing on database tools and risk management for infrastructure projects. Early career experience includes a summer role as a Customer Service Assistant at STORENGY. Sylvain holds a Master of Science degree in Organization and Management of Information Technologies from IMT Atlantique and has studied at Universidad de Los Andes and Lycée Thiers.
