Emilia Jenkins

Emilia Jenkins is a Customer Success Manager at Workiva, a position held since 2023. Previously, Emilia served as Business Development Director for TalentNeuron at Gartner from 2021 until October 2023, where responsibilities included leading the TalentNeuron practice across the UK, Ireland, and the BeNeLux region while supporting organizations in integrating talent data into their strategies. Emilia also excelled as an Account Manager for EMEA at Gartner, recognized as a Winner's Circle achiever in 2022 and managed a $1 million contract value book of business. Earlier career experiences include roles at Third Bridge Group Limited, specializing in providing market intelligence to investment firms, and as an Early Career Researcher at the University of Oxford, where Emilia successfully delivered lessons on Japanese language and culture. Emilia holds an MSc in Japanese Studies from the University of Oxford and a BA in Classical Studies with Japanese from The University of Manchester, along with additional educational experiences at the University of Sydney and Ochanimizu Women’s University.
