Lucinda Cross

Lucinda Cross has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lucinda started their career in 2005 as an Executive Assistant at RSA and later worked as an Assistant at Citi from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they served as an Executive Assistant at Value Retail. In 2012, Lucinda founded Ginger Mash Services, where they worked as a Small Business Consultant and Business Owner. Lucinda also held the role of Small Business Operations at Ginger Mash Services. In 2018, they co-founded Lucida Club, focusing on re-imagining the cannabis retail experience. Lucinda served as the Chief Operating Officer until 2022 and continued as an Operations Consultant until October 2022. Additionally, Lucinda served as the Clerk to the Trustee Board at SOFEA from 2020 and will be a Clerk to the Trustee Board at Be Free Young Carers starting in November 2022.
