Rafael dos Santos

Rafael dos Santos currently serves as the Director of Technical Services and Support at LucidHealth since September 2021. Prior to this role, Rafael held multiple positions at Fujifilm Medical Systems from 2013 to September 2021, including QA Manager and Software Test Development Engineer. Earlier experience includes work as a Junior Test Engineer and Junior Software Tester at QualiTest Group from March 2009 to December 2012, where manual testing of a web-based PACS application was performed, along with the creation of component test plans and test cases. Rafael's career began with an internship at Warnaco in 2008, contributing to IT infrastructure and database maintenance. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Sacred Heart University, earned between 2006 and 2009.
