Caitlin Revie

Caitlin Revie, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Business Partner at LucidLink since July 2024. Previously, Caitlin held the position of Fractional Head of People Operations at Growth Ops Advisory, where the focus was on transforming small businesses into extraordinary organizations through effective people and culture ecosystems. At Collective, as the inaugural Director of People Operations, Caitlin established foundational People practices in collaboration with the CEO. Prior roles include Director of People Operations and People and Culture Lead at LaunchBoom, where Caitlin advanced progressive, inclusive workplace practices. Caitlin's career began as an HR Administrator at Ingenium, and other roles include Director of Operations at Pathway Health Clinic and Shelter Manager at The Sheepfold. Caitlin holds a BS in Human Services with a focus on Mental Health Counseling from California State University, Fullerton.
