Stelios S. Tsompanis

Stelios S. Tsompanis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stelios S. is currently the Director of Business Development at LucidQuest, where they provide competitive intelligence support to pharmaceutical industry partners. Prior to this, they founded and held multiple roles at Antisoma Global, focusing on business development in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotech sciences, localization, and sustainable energy.

Stelios also has experience as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Life Science Chemilab S.A., Key Account Manager at Proteintech Group, and Account Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories. Stelios S. has expertise in international strategic business development as the EMEA Strategic Manager at CyraCom Language Solutions and Territory Sales Manager at Alpha Laboratories Ltd.

In addition, Stelios has worked as an Inside Sales Executive at Bio-Techne, an Account Manager Trainee at Propius PC, and a Biomedical Scientist at the Hellenic Army Academy. At the academy, they gained experience in various biomedical roles, including immunohistochemistry, tissue preparation for histological examination, microbiological laboratory diagnostics, and analyzing patient samples.

Stelios S. Tsompanis completed their Diploma Thesis in Computational Biology/Bioinformatics at the Bioinformatics Research Laboratory, UCY from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics and Biotechnology from 2009 to 2013 at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). It should be noted that from 1997 to 2003, Stelios also attended Deutsche Schule Thessaloniki, where they obtained their Deutsches Abitur. In addition to their academic achievements, Stelios acquired a Certificate of Completion in Fire Marshal Training from Oxfordshire County Council in October 2016.
