Nada Shahwan has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Founder of Samt Artists, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Lucidya as an Account Manager and later as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for onboarding clients, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Nada also worked at Maxwell Stamp KSA as a Research Analyst, where they conducted research and reports on various industries for governmental projects. Nada also liaised with consultants and government entities to collect relevant information.
In 2019, Nada participated in Jeel Tamooh, a leadership development program hosted by the Boston Consulting Group. During this time, they focused on strengthening their leadership, professional, and interpersonal skills.
Before that, Nada had experience in event management as part of the Organizers Management team at Orchid Events Management. Nada interviewed and evaluated organizers/volunteers and helped manage events.
Additionally, Nada worked as an intern at Advanced Sowrd, where they created 2D and 3D designs for building plans, and at Tashkeil Global Company as an intern for the Saudi National Creative Initiative, where they communicated with workshop participants.
Lastly, Nada began their career as the Founder and Designer of Sognare Shirts, a small business focused on design and social communication. The business aimed to inspire others to dream and take the first step towards achieving their goals.
Nada Shahwan completed their Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree at Effat University from 2013 to 2018. Nada also obtained a diploma in Graphic Design from Shaw Academy in 2016. In 2019, they pursued a business analytics nanodegree from Wharton Online. Additionally, Nada Shahwan holds several certifications, including being an Associate AIA from AIA INTERNATIONAL REGION, having professional certifications in Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, and completing a Revit course from Autodesk. Nada also attended the Henry Ford Entrepreneurship Academy Workshop in 2019 and the Siemens Innovation workshop in 2015. Nada Shahwan has also obtained certifications from HubSpot Academy and Udemy in customer success management and reducing churn and increasing retention, respectively.
