Sheila Dimas

Sheila Dimas has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sheila started their career as a Clerk III at St. Philip's College from November 2005 to June 2008. After that, they worked as a Property Manager at The Inter-Faith Group from August 2008 to July 2015. During their time there, they focused on overseeing day-to-day operations, building resident retention, and managing accounting reports and property invoices.

Sheila then moved on to Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services, where they worked as a Property Manager from February 2013 to July 2015. Here, they reported to both Inter-Faith and Alpha-Barnes, ensuring operational goals were met and submitting accounting reports.

Since 2015, Sheila has been associated with Lucifer Lighting. Sheila started as a Project Manager, handling opportunities for their territory, building relationships with representatives, and assisting with quoting opportunities. Sheila later served as a Senior Customer Relations Champion, where they conducted customer service training and managed new hires within the department. Subsequently, they became a Customer Service Manager, leading the Order Processing, Customer Relations, and Quotes Teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Currently, Sheila holds the position of Director of Customer Service at Lucifer Lighting. In this role, they oversee the Customer Service Department and Product Support, reviews processes and key performance indicators, identifies improvement opportunities, and maintains high customer satisfaction.

Sheila Dimas completed their education in a chronological manner. Sheila obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from St. Philip's College from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of the Incarnate Word from 2008 to 2011. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of the Incarnate Word from 2013 to 2022.
