James Franklin

James Franklin is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategy development. Currently serving as Finance Director at Luck Companies since November 2021, James focuses on analyzing growth opportunities and enhancing P&L accountability. Previously, James held several key roles at Navient from 2003 to 2018, including Managing Director of Financial Analysis & Structuring, where responsibilities included directing profitability and risk evaluations for asset investments exceeding $150 billion in student loans. James also contributed to Tellabs in various roles, culminating as Director of Financial Analysis, developing revenue and margin forecasts across global divisions. James holds a BA in History from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from George Mason University.
