Mark B. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Mark began their career in the U.S. Army, serving in various leadership and staff positions from 1987 to 1995. Mark then worked as a Sales Engineer at Hill PHOENIX, where they supported national sales accounts and developed international accounts from 1995 to 1997. Following this, Mark joined Luck Stone Corporation as an Operations & Store Manager from 1997 to 2001. Mark then transitioned to Charles Luck, a division of Luck Stone, where they held multiple roles, including Regional Operations Manager and Director of Values Excellence, from 2001 to 2008. Mark then joined Luck Companies as the Director of Training & Leadership Development and later became the Vice President of Human Resources from 2008 to 2012. Mark then moved to Charles Luck Stone Center as the Vice President from 2012 to 2014. Lastly, Mark returned to Luck Companies as the President of Luck Stone Center & Har Tru Sports from 2014 to 2016, and is currently serving as the Chief Talent Officer since November 2016.

Mark B. attended Virginia Military Institute from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in History. Mark later pursued further education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1991 to 1995, earning an MBA degree in Aviation Management. In addition to their formal education, Mark B. obtained several certifications throughout their career. In October 2008, they became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. In June 2010, Mark B. obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). Additionally, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) in July 2010.
