Charlie Windle

Charlie first joined the company in 1994 as an aggregate salesperson for multiple Luck Stone plants in Northern Virginia. After leaving Luck Stone for various roles in asset management, manufacturing optimization and marketing with Lafarge North America, he returned to the company in 2004 as a Regional Sales Manager.

In his role as Vice President of the Northern Region, Charlie is responsible for leadership development, strategy implementation, and sales and operations for the Northern Virginia / Metro D.C. market. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from George Mason University.
