Matt Schiefer

Matt has over 32 years of progressive experience in all aspects of the Aggregates Business. He began his career at Luck Stone as a Management Trainee. After a few years in Design Engineering, Matt took a lead role in Corporate Development during a period of rapid growth from 1995-2010. Matt returned to Operations as General Manager in 2012; his original passion. Today, as a member of the Leadership Team, his primary responsibility is leading the growth and development of the Eastern Region.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining and Minerals Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic and State University. He enjoys supporting the aggregates industry through various board of directors positions. He is active in his community through board service and other volunteer activities.
