Richard Luck

Richard is the fourth generation to take part in the family business. Like generations before him, Richard is learning the business from the ground up as he renews the Luck family's commitment to developing a scalable company and culture where people come first and associates perform in roles that invigorate their purpose, passions, and competencies.

Richard has worked in three of the four regions from Northern Virginia to Atlanta. He has held multiple roles within the business including both operations and sales positions.

His current position as VP of Central South enables him to lead a footprint from Southern Virginia through North Carolina where his passions for the people, culture, continuous improvement, and growth can have a significant impact.
