The leadership team at Lucky Cement has a history of experience in various business and financial management positions. Many on the team have worked for Engro Corp in the past, in positions such as Vice President of Taxation and Chief Financial Officer. Others have worked in similar positions for companies such as International Industries Limited (IIL) and Asia Petroleum Limited. The team is also well-educated, with degrees and certifications in fields such as supply chain management, chartered accountancy, and internal auditing.
