Rodney Youckton has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. Rodney started their career at Lucky Eagle Casino in 2009 as an Assistant General Manager and later served as the Director of Business Operations. In 2013, they joined Chehalis Tribal Enterprises as the CEO, where they directed and provided oversight for the organization's business activities. During their time at Lucky Eagle Casino, they held various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Vice President of Administration and Public Relations.
