Kitty Munro

Kitty Munro serves as the People and Culture Manager at Lucky Generals since January 2023, being responsible for the implementation of the first HR role within the company, covering both London and New York. Key achievements include developing a comprehensive DEI strategy, managing employee relations, coaching senior leadership, and introducing innovative policies on various sensitive topics. Prior to this, Kitty held the position of People and Culture Manager at Total Media from May 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion plan and overseeing recruitment activities. Kitty's career also includes roles as a People & Culture Senior Advisor and Coordinator at AEG, along with a background in hospitality and events management. Kitty is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education, CIPD Level 7 in Strategic People Management at ICS Learn, with an expected completion in April 2024.
