Brian Fagan

Brian Fagan is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the VP of Sales at Lucra since August 2025, Fagan also owns Lifetime HOA Management and is an Advisory Board Member at Cheers Cash, both started in January 2024 and February 2024 respectively. Previously, Fagan was the Head of Sales & Partnerships at Playbook Technologies Inc. from March 2021 to August 2025, before which Fagan founded Oncoor Marketing in 2016 and served as its President until the agency's acquisition in 2021. Fagan has held key positions in marketing at both Built Brands and Starsona Inc., and has directed social media efforts at Chatbooks and Freshly Picked, showcasing a strong background in sports marketing from time at Brigham Young University as a Sports Marketing Coordinator and Intern. Fagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Management from Brigham Young University.
