Dave Spofford

Dave Spofford has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Dave is currently the CEO of Lucrotec, a telecom consulting firm. Dave has also served on the CLM Board of Directors for NTT Ltd. from January 2012 to April 2019.

Prior to joining Lucrotec, Dave was the Vice President of Morgan Tariff Management, a telecom consulting firm that specializes in tariff and contract negotiations for enterprises. Dave was with Morgan Tariff Management from June 1991 to August 2000.

Before Morgan Tariff Management, Dave was a co-founder of Island Style Adventures Oahu Hawaii, an authentic tour company that provided cliff jumping, rain forest hiking, spear fishing and body boarding tours to the non-tourist locations of Oahu. Dave was with Island Style Adventures from June 1987 to September 1989.

Dave has also held the position of CEO and Co-Founder of Xigo, a telecom software company, from January 2000 to December 2011. Prior to Xigo, Dave was a Project Manager for Harlan Brown & Company/BRiC Study from January 1991 to December 1992.

Dave Spofford has a BA in Political Science from Yale University.
