Rafael Reis

Rafael Reis is an experienced professional in operations and manufacturing management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Lucy Electric Saudi Arabia since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rafael held the position of Manager of Operations at Hitachi ABB's GIS Factory from January 2021 to February 2022, overseeing comprehensive operational responsibilities. From August 2011 to December 2020, Rafael worked at Eaton, first as Manager of Manufacturing, leading multiple electrical group companies to significant billing achievements, and previously as Operations Supervisor and Lean Manufacturing Engineer, where contributions included implementing lean strategies and enhancing production processes.
